Is this financial advice?

No. The signals are the same for every subscriber and take no account of your finances, experience or goals. You decide whether and how to act on them.

Can you trade my account for me?

No. We publish signals only. If you automate them, you do it with your own copier software on your own account.

What happens after I pay?

You get a receipt from Stripe straight away. We then email a private, single-use Telegram invite to the address you used at checkout, within 12 hours, and always before the next session opens, along with the subscriber guide. You will need the Telegram app.

How much capital do I need?

That depends on your size and how much loss you can tolerate. At one ES and one NQ the deepest drawdown in the real-time simulated record has been −$5,752.50; at micro size it would have been about a tenth of that. Plan for a deeper one.

All trades are executed in a simulation account, not a live market.

These results are based on simulated or hypothetical performance results that have certain inherent limitations. Unlike the results shown in an actual performance record, these results do not represent actual trading. Also, because these trades have not actually been executed, these results may have under- or over-compensated for the impact, if any, of certain market factors, such as lack of liquidity. Simulated or hypothetical trading programs in general are also subject to the fact that they are designed with the benefit of hindsight. No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to these being shown.

Can I copy the signals into any account?

Check your broker's and account provider's rules first. You are solely responsible for how you use the signals, including complying with the rules of your broker, platform, or any funded or evaluation account provider, some of which prohibit copying third-party signals.

Why are the results labelled simulated?

Since Aug 25, 2026 the strategy has run in real time, but on a simulation account, so its results are simulated. The operator trades the same signals in its own accounts.

What about news days and holidays?

No signals on CPI, FOMC-decision or non-farm payroll days, or on market holidays. We post a note on X the evening before.

How do I cancel?

Use your billing page (sign in with your checkout email), or email support@flatbyclosehq.com. You keep access until the end of the month you have paid for. See cancellations and refunds.
