Holden ERP Solutions Inc., operating as Flat by Close, collects only what it needs to run the service, and handles it under Alberta's Personal Information Protection Act and Canada's federal privacy law.

What we collect

• Checkout: your name, email address, billing country and subscription status, from Stripe. Card details go to Stripe directly; we never see or store them.
• Telegram: your Telegram name or username, when you join the private channel.
• Email: anything you send us.

This site sets no tracking cookies and runs no advertising trackers. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs for security.

How we use it

To deliver your subscription, send your Telegram invite and service emails, handle billing and support, and meet legal and tax obligations. We do not sell your information or use it for third-party advertising.

Who processes it

Stripe (payments), Telegram (the channel), our email provider and our website host. Some of these store data outside Canada, including in the United States.

How long we keep it

While you subscribe, and afterwards for as long as tax and accounting rules require (generally six years for billing records).

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information by emailing support@flatbyclosehq.com. We reply within 30 days.
