Cancellations and refunds

Cancelling

Cancel any time from your billing page (sign in with the email you subscribed with), or by emailing support@flatbyclosehq.com from the address you subscribed with. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you have paid for, and you keep access to the channel until then. There is no cancellation fee.

Refunds

• Monthly fees already paid are not refunded, including for part months.
• If you were charged twice or charged after cancelling, we refund the extra charge in full.
• If you paid but never received your Telegram invite, tell us within 7 days and we will either fix it or refund that payment in full.
• If we end the service ourselves, we refund the unused part of the current month.

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days.
